Not another
chat bubble.
A chat widget collects an email and goes quiet. IntakeOwl walks your customer through the questions a good dispatcher or front desk would ask, photos included, and emails you one structured brief.
A 2 AM emergency or a Tuesday booking — either way it lands qualified. See it below, then answer a few quick questions to build your own.
What kind of work do requests come in for?
Pick one and the working form below loads with those questions — go straight through it, no account needed.
The same request, two ways.
The story runs left to right and ends in your inbox. Nothing is emailed and no account is created.
1 · The old way — and the brief it becomes
The old way — a chat bubble
“Thanks! We'll call you back.”
Service: Commercial refrigeration Problem: Walk-in cooler or freezer not holding temperature Priority: Emergency — product reported at risk Unit: Walk-in freezer · Reading: ~24°F (should be 0°F) · Manufacturer: not sure Location: distribution warehouse, 30318 Preferred contact: phone Dictated in Spanish (sample) Customer's words — Spanish (sample): “El congelador no enfría y la comida se está echando a perder.” English (sample): “The freezer isn’t cooling and the food is starting to spoil.” What a dispatcher would note: rising box temperature on a freezer points to a defrost, airflow, or refrigerant issue — worth confirming whether the fans run and whether ice has built up on the coil before rolling a truck with parts.
2 · Where it sits on your site
A real 1920×1080 screen, to scale. Tap a spot to seat it — and any placement can add a companion button, so the clock decides who is on screen.
We render a stylized preview from your site's name and colors. Nothing is installed.
3 · The real form — go through it yourself
4 · What lands in your inbox
Answer on the left — each answer prints here, then the finished brief lands after you submit.
What makes a request “qualified”
How it works →IntakeOwl isn't a chatbot, and that's on purpose. It runs a short, fixed set of questions and lets people dictate answers by voice where that's easier, so what you get is a structured brief, not a transcript to read back through. We don't build voice bots or chat agents.
Vertical questions, not a blank box
You just answered a refrigeration set — a walk-in temperature, the affected unit. A grooming booking or a roof leak asks something else entirely, and each form knows the difference.
A photo does the explaining
The data-plate photo in that brief is often what decides which part rides on the truck. In everyday niches, a photo still cuts the back-and-forth before anyone picks up the phone.
A brief, not a transcript
One readable page — the problem, how urgent, where, who to reach, the photos, a short summary. It reads like a person wrote it, because it's built from real answers.
A different question set for every niche
From an after-hours emergency to a routine booking. Open one to see the questions and a sample brief for that trade.
Commercial refrigeration
Walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines: is product at risk, which unit, and a nameplate photo captured before dispatch.
EmergencyDoors & loading docks
The anchor niche: overhead doors, dock levelers, gate operators — with the failure and a photo captured up front.
EmergencyCommercial roofing
Leaks, storm damage, membrane and drain problems — with the roof system, access, and a ground-level photo captured first.
EmergencyEmergency veterinary
One clinic's after-hours request line: the pet, the owner's own words, and contact — booking and routing only, no medical assessment.
Everyday bookingPet grooming booking
The everyday pole: pet, size, coat plan, and service captured so a waitlisted studio books the right slot.
Everyday bookingCommercial pest control
Restaurants, warehouses, and food facilities: the pest, the zone, and a photo that IDs the species up front.
Everyday bookingJunk removal
What's going, the volume, the access, and a photo of the pile — enough to size the crew and truck before the quote.
Everyday bookingAuto detailing & wrap
Service, vehicle, mobile-or-shop, and photos of the paint and interior, captured before a detailing or wrap quote.

Why trust a brand-new product
Security & data →IntakeOwl launched in 2026. Instead of a wall of logos or a review count we can't back, here's what you can check yourself right now.
The demo is the proof
Everything above is the real engine, not a mockup. Run a request end to end and read the brief it produces — no account, no card, nothing emailed.
It's already running live
The same engine powers a working commercial door-and-dock intake today. That's where the vertical-question approach was proven before it became IntakeOwl.
Founder-run, and plain about it
It's new and built by its founder. We won't borrow other companies' logos or invent testimonials — when real customers have something to say, you'll hear it from them.
The briefs you see across the site are real sample outputs for each niche, clearly labeled as samples — not screenshots of a customer's data.
You don't set anything up — we do.
The pilot includes hands-on setup: we build your niche's question set for you. You get a hosted link and a QR code — no code on your website. If your form needs changing later, we make more involved edits for you — that's about your form, not about how fast you get back to your own customers.
Plans from $50/mo, everything included — photos on every request, no per-lead fees. Cancel anytime.
