How it works

Nothing to install. You share one link.

There's no plugin, no code, and no setup on your website. After you start a pilot we build your trade's question set and switch on one hosted page. Share its link where customers already reach you — the answers come back to your inbox as a photo-backed brief.

What happens after you join

Try it live →
  1. We set up your questions

We build the question set for your trade and switch on your hosted page. For the trades we already cover it goes live right away; for anything custom we build it by hand and follow up on your welcome email as soon as it's live. Either way you don't touch any code.

  2. You share your link

Put it in a “Request service” button on your site, your Google Business Profile, your email signature, or on a printed QR — wherever customers already reach you. A QR and a website embed are optional, never required.

  3. Requests land in your inbox

Each one is a photo-backed brief you can reply to like any email. You call, quote, or dispatch on your own terms — the form takes the request, it doesn't answer for you. That's the whole loop.

Where your link lives

It's one plain link, so it drops into the places customers already look for you. Paste it once and leave it — nothing to keep in sync.

On your website

Point a “Request service” button or menu link at it. No theme, plugin, or developer needed — it opens the form on its own page.

Google Business Profile

Add it as the appointment link on your profile, so it shows on your Google Maps listing. See the short guide.

Apple Maps

Do the same in Apple Business Connect for the customers searching on an iPhone. See the short guide.

Email & invoices

Drop it into your email signature and the footer of the invoices and estimates you already send — the request comes back structured.

A printed QR

Put it on door signs, sticker sheets, and truck decals. A customer points a phone camera at it and your intake opens — no app, no typing a URL.

Voicemail & text-back

Read the link in your voicemail greeting, or text it back when a call goes to the missed-call pile. The caller finishes the details themselves.

Your QR is generated for you

Every hosted page comes with a QR code built from its own link. You don't make it yourself — it's in your panel to download as a PNG or SVG, it rides along on your welcome email as an attachment, and there's a ready-made print pack (a door sign plus a sheet of stickers). The code keeps working even if your link ever changes.

The code below is an illustration — your real one is made from your own link.

Print it for invoices, door signs, or truck decals.

Who's behind it

IntakeOwl launched in 2026 and is run by its founder. It's new — so instead of customer logos, the live demo is the proof.

The same engine already runs a live commercial door-and-dock intake, which is where the vertical-question approach comes from.

What we don't do

  • No voice bot and no calls to your customers — dictation just turns speech into text they can edit.
  • No SMS in this version, and the SMS opt-in stays off.
  • No CRM lock-in — the brief arrives as a plain email, so it works with any inbox or CRM that takes email. Native connectors like Zapier are on the roadmap, not in this version.
  • No selling or sharing your request data with anyone else.
