- Yes. Standard and Pro cost $50 for the first month, then the regular $100 and $180 a month after that. Starter is $50 a month from the start, so it needs no intro. Cancel anytime.
- Do photos ever cost extra?
- Never. Every request carries photos — up to 5 per request today — and no plan meters or charges for them. That's the same on Starter, Standard, and Pro.
- Are there per-lead fees or add-ons?
- No. Your plan price is the whole price — no per-lead charges, no metered conversations, no paid add-ons. A bigger plan buys more flows, pages, and placements, never a per-request surcharge.
- What's a "flow"?
- A guided path for one kind of request — for example, "buying" and "selling" as two separate flows, or two service lines on one page. Starter includes one flow, Standard three, and Pro up to ten.
- What's a "placement"?
- An embed placement is a website of yours the form is embedded on. Embedding is still rolling out — today your hosted link and QR do the installing, work everywhere, and never count toward the limit. When embed lands: Starter includes one domain, Standard three, and Pro unlimited.
- Do you help me set it up?
- Yes — we build your question set and turn on your page for you on every plan; there's nothing to install. Standard and Pro add a guided setup session by appointment: you share your screen, you click, and we walk you through it. We never ask for your website password.
- Can I move the schedule button anywhere on my page?
- On Standard and Pro, yes — place the button anywhere on your page. It floats above your layout and never moves your content. Starter picks from four corners. Either way, you position it in the panel and see it on a preview of your own site first.
- How does annual billing work?
- Pay for the year and you get two months free — $500, $1,000, or $1,800 a year instead of twelve monthly payments. The first-month intro applies to month-to-month billing, not the annual plan.
- What if I go over my monthly requests?
- Nothing breaks and you're never charged per lead. The request numbers are a soft guide, not a hard wall. If you're regularly above your plan, we'll point you to the plan that fits.
- What happens if I cancel?
- You can cancel anytime, from any month. There's no contract, no cancellation fee, and no setup fee to recover. Your hosted intake page stops taking new requests, and we stop billing you.
